At Haven Kids we want all children to feel a part of church. When you arrive at our Christ Church location, head to our Kids desk where our friendly team will check-in your children and help them feel at home.
The 11:00am Family Service at our Christ Church location starts with a lively family worship song where kids are welcome to join us dancing at the front or on the stage!
After worship, the Haven Kids team lead the children out to their groups, details of which are below.
At the end of the service the older children are returned to Christ Church by the Haven Kids team. Parents/carers are asked to collect younger children from the Parish Centre when the service has ended.
For babies and toddlers who are not yet old enough to be in a Haven Kids group, we have a baby room at our Christ Church location.
This is a comfortable space for babies, toddlers and their parents/carers to be during the service should little ones get restless. There is a live stream of the service, coffee and pastries and plenty of toys so no one feels like they are missing out.
HAVEN KIDS GROUPS
Our 3-8s gather in our Parish Centre at our Christ Church location. Here, the children are taught bible stories and then are often split into small age groups to chat through all they have heard. The children then come together for activities such as games, craft, prayer and snack.

Our 9-11s are taken by the Haven Kids team to the local Methodist Church where they have more room to enjoy small group chats, bible study, games and more.
