At Christ Church, during The Eleven, we run a youth breakout group for youngsters in school years 7, 8 and 9.

After family worship, our team walk the group to the Methodist Church (just a short walk away) for games, discussion and prayer based on the main service. We return to Christ Church just before the end of the service.

Every four weeks, our youth group stays in the main service and are welcome to receive communion.

Young people in Year 10 and above are encouraged to remain in the main Sunday morning service.

Youth gather at the 6pm service at Christ Church. Join in with the service followed by a space to hangout with pizza and games at 7pm.

Hangout runs from 3:15pm - 5:15pm at Saint John’s on Tuesdays (term time). Hangout is a safe, free and relaxed space for young people in school years 7–11 and college.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi, pool and football tables, an arcade machine and refreshments. It’s a great place to unwind and connect with friends after school or college.

On Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at our Saint John’s location we run an invite-only Life Group for young people who are already on their journey with Jesus.

This is a space for in-depth Bible study, worship and prayer.

On Wednesdays, from 5:30pm - 6:30pm we run Youth Alpha at Saint John’s.*

This is for anyone curious about the Christian faith. Over eight weeks, you’ll explore big questions, hear others’ stories and take part in small group discussions, helping the youngsters decide what the next step of their journey might be.
